Mr. Loeser served as the head of Worldwide Human Resources at Unisys, where he worked to build the capabilities and enhance Unisys's organizational effectiveness by implementing leading-edge initiatives in the areas of recruitment, retention, training and evaluation.
Before joining Unisys, Dave served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Mitel with global responsibility for all human resource activities. Mr. Loeser was also EVP of Hostess Brands Inc., SVP of CompuCom, SVP of Quaker State, SVP of Continental Airlines, and VP of PepsiCo.
He currently serves on the boards of SkillSoft Human Capital Group, as well as the Chair of the University of South Carolina Advisory Board.
